EQUIPMENT HAND IN

Date:                Sunday November 9, 2008

Place:               Avondale Meadows Upper Elementary Parking Lot
                        (On Auburn between Crooks and Livernois)

Time:                11:00 AM- 2:00 PM

All equipment should be CLEANED WELL prior to turning in.  All equipment comes back to the Ravens except the girdle and jerseys.

Please make sure you have all pads and belts, practice pants, game pants, should pads and helmet with two jaw pads. 

BANQUET TICKETS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THIS TIME.  You MUST turn in your equipment on this day, no exceptions!  If you can not make it, please make arrangements to send it with someone else.

RAVENS MEGA CHEER COMPETITION

Date: Saturday, November 15, 2008

Location: Walled Lake Western High School
600 Beck Road
Walled Lake, MI

Time: The competition will start at 9 am with Freshmen Cheer and Pom.
Awards will immediately follow the competition.
Expected finish time is 11:30 am.
Cheerleaders should arrive per their coaches instructions.

Cost: The competition is free for the girls.
There is a $5 admission fee for adults and $3 for students. Children under 5 and Senior Citizens over 65 are free.

All Raven’s parents, friends and family are encouraged to come dressed in purple and gold. Noise makers (shakers, clappers, etc) are allowed to help cheer on the girls.

Raven's Youth Football is a Non Profit Organization with a 501(c)(3) status. Your sponsorship and donations to our organization are 100% tax deductible. IRS status ruling is on file with the Ravens President and Vice President, and is available for viewing upon request.

Year End Banquet & Award Ceremony

Our Year End Banquet and Award Ceremony will be held at Twin Lakes Golf & Country Club on Sunday November 16, 2008.  Tickets are required.

With Daylight getting shorter, please make sure to be at the practice field no later than 7:30 to pick up your Raven.
